Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all GOOD DOG DAILY orders placed at getgooddogdaily.com.
Where we ship
Orders ship to valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States.
Free, fast shipping
Shipping is free on every order at current launch pricing. In-stock orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within a week. Carrier estimates shown at checkout begin after the order ships and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is sent to the order email when available.
Taxes and address changes
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs to change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment, and reshipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.
Damage, loss, and delivery issues
Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing order within seven days of delivery and include the order number and photos when relevant. We will review the carrier record and offer a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed. Carrier scans marked delivered may require a carrier claim before replacement.
